Evolution is a high-tech, fast-paced company and a leading innovator of products for the online gaming industry. Evolution’s engineering hubs make part and support a business awarded with more than 40 international prizes that, in 2021, achieve €1,068.8 million in revenues. Our strategy enables us to offer over 50 different versions of our products to the market. Most of them we innovated. Many of them were groundbreaking at launch, but all of them are top quality.
We have the largest online gaming portfolio of any business: 1,000+ live casino tables, 10 new live games, and 59 new slots games in 2021.
Our Bootcamps
Bootcamps are part of Evolution’s talent acquisition and attraction toolset. These are training initiatives throughout the year, lasting around 3.5 months, free of charge, and wholly online. The modules are taught by Evolution mentors, who perform engineering roles in the various teams we have worldwide. Those interested in participating are invited to complete a primary challenge to assess the level of knowledge of a specific technology or coding language. At the end of the Bootcamp, the best students are hired for the various Evolution teams.
The purpose of Bootcamps is to capture talent through various exercises or to reconvert or train professionals who already have experience in programming but little or no knowledge of one specific language.
