AkCie Sinterklaas Activity
This year, the AkCie will bake delicious pepernoten together with you and you will be able to win a prize by creating the best poem or story.
Join the committee at 4 PM in the zoom, where the committee will bake the pepernoten step-by-step, so you do not need to know how to bake these delicous treats beforehand! You do however need to show up prepared with all the required ingredients to start baking. Make sure you have the following groceries beforehand:
- 50 grams of butter
- 65 grams of dark brown sugar
- 125 grams of wheat flower
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of cookie (speculaas) spices
- 1 tablespoon of molasses (keukenstroop)
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Alternatively, you can buy a ready-made mix, but we recommend you to buy the ingredients since the AkCie will also use these.
Once they are in the oven, you will be divided into groups where you will make your poem or story together. If yours is the best, you can win a delicious prize.
