Lunch Lecture: ASML

Lennart Noordsij, former student from the TU Delft, will tell about the designs of efficient computer platforms that run the current and future ASML machines. This is a multi-disciplinary position which includes electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, and physics that makes it very challenging!
