LunCH Lecture – Witteveen+Bos

Witteveen+Bos is an internationally operating consultancy and engineering firm employing more than 1,300 people. We use hard technology in a sustainable way for social topics such as clean water, the energy transition, mobility, coastal reinforcements, environmental research, etc.

During this lunch lecture Frank Klein Schaarsberg (graduated just over 2.5 years ago as a applied mathematician) will take you into the world of data analysis within the projects of Witteveen+Bos. Learn more about the application of deep learning to drone and satellite data to contribute to ecological management; analyzing the relationship between driving speed and vibrations induced by freight trains using machine learning; and of course about working at Witteveen+Bos, and the possibilities for internships and graduation positions.
