Announcements from the Verification Committee
The Verification Committee will present their feedback about the Board and their policy progress.
Progress Board of Acquisitioners
There are many possibilities as a CH member to come into contact with interesting companies, take our lunch lectures or the company dinners. To make those collaborations possible there is a group of four within the Board called the ‘Board Of Acquisitioners’. Are you interested in what kind of collaborations CH has with companies and if the Board of Acquisitioners is on their way to their target for this year? Be sure to not miss this!
Semi-annual Financial Report
During this presentation the Treasurer will inform everyone about the financial situation of the association.
Semi-annual Education Report
Education is an important part of the study association. So important that two Board members are working on it full-time. During this presentation, the Commisioner of Applied Mathematics Education Affairs and the Commisioner of Computer Science Education Affairs will provide a comprehensive update on the important changes in education and the policy issues they have been working on.
Progress Policy Board 67
Every Board writes its own policy, denoting what the Board wants to add, improve and/or change within the association and the education this year. On the General Assembly dated 4 September 2023, the policy of Board 67 was presented and, on the upcoming General Assembly, a comprehensive update on their progress will be given.
Election Members of Merit
Every year, members of W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’ are put forward to become a Member of Merit as they have contributed an exceptional amount to the association. During this point on the agenda, a vote will be taken to elect the new Members of Merit.
Progress Dies Committee
The Dies Committee will give an update on their amazing Dies week, which takes place from March 18th until March 22nd.
Update Articles of Association and By-laws
The Secretary would like to update the General Assembly on the progress and planning of the changing of the Articles of Association and By-laws.
Financial Settlement NWERC
During this part the CHipCie will present the financial settlement of NWERC 2023.
Motion on Declarations
The Board would like to put forward a motion that limits the maximum amount of a declaration to €200,- (unless explicitly otherwise stated by the Board).
