Dear member,
I am honoured to invite you to the General
Assembly of the Mathematics and Computer Science
Study Association ‘Christiaan Huygens’ on Thursday
2 May 2024 at 12:37. This meeting will be held
in the /Pub of faculty EEMCS at
Mekelweg 4 in Delft.

Content Changing of Articles of Association
This presentation will be given in Dutch, due to the language technicalities in the Articles of Association.
Want to give your input on the most
important document of the association? Come to this General Assembly,
where the Board will present their proposed changes of the Articles of
Association.
You can find the draft version of the proposal by the Board in the documents at wisv.ch/aoa.
This will be the last chance for input before the deed gets created by
the Notary, so take this opportunity to give your input. The version
discussed during the General Assembly will be available 7 days in
advance.
After this General Assembly, the notary
will create a deed of the proposed changes, which will be put to a vote
during General Assembly 7 (where the quorum of 2/3rds of all
voting-entitled members is not expected to be reached) and General
Assembly 8 on June 10th. After a successful vote, the deed will be
signed by the notary and the Board, and the new Articles of Association
will go in effect.

the start of each of the items.
As a member you have the right to look into the
documents of this General Assembly 7 days in
advance. If you want to do this to prepare for the
General Assembly, please contact the Board to make
an appointment. The articles of association, the
by-laws and the covenant are already available on
our website (ch.tudelft.nl/association/documents/).
