Lunch Lecture: Embedding Sustainability in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Curriculum at TU Delft

Any design that is not made with sustainability in mind is a bad design. Period. So why current generations of computer scientists and electrical engineering students are not thought on the design principles considering sustainability? There is a long way to address this problem, but thankfully the first steps are being made and in this talk I will inform you on the progress in preparation of the new MSc elective course available to all TU Delft students tentatively titled “Designing Sustainable Information and Communication Technology Systems”. This will be also an opportunity to hear your – the students – views on what topic you would like to have included in the upcoming course and whether you would like to help me in developing this course.
