What can you do?

Because the energy landscape is in full-on development, the possibilities are endless.
The Alliander traineeship
At Alliander, we believe in the power of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Drive and curiosity to make society more sustainable are at least as important to us as a good CV. Within the Alliander traineeship, we have four directions: Management, Technology, IT and Finance. As a trainee you will have all the space you need to develop your own projects that you will be working on within Alliander for 1,5 to 2 years. In addition, together with your fellow trainees you will follow an intensive personal development trajectory at training institute de Baak. In this way, you will grow as a person and develop into a professional in no time.
