Announcements from the Board
Would you like to know what has been going on in W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’ lately? The Commissioner Public Relations will ensure that you are up to date within 10 minutes!

Announcements from the Verification Committee
The Verification Committee will present their feedback about the Board and their policy progress.

Distribution Profiling Fund Months
The RPF-months are months that big committees are financially compensated for and that are recognised by the TU Delft as justified study delay. Do you wonder which committees will receive RPF-months and how many they will get? That will be presented and approved here!

Study Visit Go/No-Go, Budget and Update
In the summer of 2025, the Study Visit Committee will organise an awesome three week trip to Japan and South-Korea. At the General Assembly, the Study Visit Committee will reevaluate their go/no-go, present their budget and will give you an update on their progress.

LANcie Update
Last General Assembly, the LANcie was installed as a committee. The LANcie will organise a gaming event and will give you an update about their progress.

Reevaluation of Committee Compensation for Trip Committees
Agenda item submitted by members The amount for committee compensation has been in place for more than 6 years. An evaluation should be made of the current compensation that is given to committees for hosting their activities. We want to call for such evaluation and propose a different structure that can be adhered to for at least the bigger committees like the Study Trip.

Freshmen Weekend Financial Settlement
Now that all the freshmen are busy with their studies after an amazing Freshmen Weekend, the WIEWIE will present the financial settlement of the Freshmen Weekend.

This agenda is provided with time indications of the start of each of the items. As the meeting will be held in the evening, it is possible to order a meal of Eazie in advance (at your own cost). This is possible until Friday October 18th by filling in the form at wisv.ch/hungry. Meals will be delivered to the Back/ on October 21st at 18:10.

I look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

Kind regards,

Sophie van der Linden
Secretary of W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’
