Dear member,

I am honoured to invite you to the General Assembly of the Mathematics and Computer Science Study Association ‘Christiaan Huygens’ on Monday August 31st 2026 at 10:09. This meeting will be held in the /Pub of faculty EEMCS at Mekelweg 4 in Delft.

Announcements from the Board
Would you like to know what has been going on in W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’ lately? The Commissioner of Public Relations will ensure that you are up to date within 15 minutes!

Final Policy Report
During the Final Policy Report, the Chair will look back on how the Board applied their policy during the entirety of the academic year 2025-2026.

Annual Verification Committee Report
The Verification Committee will give an extended summary of how the Board did and how the Board implemented their policy during the entire academic year of 2025-2026.

Annual Education Report
The Commissioner of Applied Mathematics Education Affairs will present his annual education report, in which he will look back on the studies and his improvements for the past year. The Commissioner of Computer Science Education Affairs will not present his annual education report, due to personal circumstances.

This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.

Annual Financial Report
The Treasurer will present the annual financial report, in which they will look back on the financial affairs of the association of the past year.

This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.

Annual Secretarial Report
The Secretary will present the annual secretarial report, in which they will look back on all the activities that the association and the Board organised and participated in.

This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.

Farewell speeches
During the farewell speeches, every single Board member of Board 69 will reflect on their year and all the fun times they had together.

Election Board 2026-2027
The election for the new Board will take place. Potential Boards will present their policy, after which the General Assembly will choose the new Board for year 2026-2027. The following candidates will be nominated by Board 69:

Election Verification Committee 2026-2027
With Board 70 installed, a new Verification Committee also needs to be elected. Potential Verification Committees will present their policy, after which the General Assembly will choose a new Verification Committee.

Budget 2026-2027
The Treasurer would like to present the budget for the book year 2026-2027, during which the entire budget for W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’ will be discussed.

This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.

Installation Confidential Counselor
The Board decided upon a new confidential counselor. The confidential counselor will offer an accessible and confidential listening ear. During this point they will be installed.

Installation Disciplinary Committee
The Board decided upon the Disciplinary Committee 2026-2027. The Disciplinary Committee will decide sanctions for undesirable behaviour. During this point, they will present themselves and they will be installed. The chair and vice-chair of the Disciplinary Committee will also be appointed.

Results Social Safety Survey
The Board will present the results of the social safety survey.

Lustrum Committee Update
After a successful pre-Lustrum activity, the Lustrum Committee has been working hard to prepare the actual Lustrum that is happening this year. The Lustrum Committee will give an update on their financial report and what they have done during the summer break.

This agenda is provided with time indications of the start of each of the items. If the agenda changes, the latest version will always be available at wisv.ch/av.

For the first part of the General Assembly, it is possible to order lunch. The lunch will be served in the /Pub at 12:00. You can order lunch by filling in the form at wisv.ch/hungrylunch until 10:00 on Monday August 31th.

As a member you have the right to look into the documents of this General Assembly 7 days in advance. The articles of association, the by-laws and the covenant are already available on our website (ch.tudelft.nl/association/documents/).
