The Verification Committee will present their feedback about the Board and their policy progress.
BAPC Settlement
The BAPC stands for the Benelux Algorithm Programming Contest. During this point the CHipCie will present their Settlement for the BAPC.

Annual Education Report 2025-2026
The Commissioner of Computer Science Education Affairs of Board 69 will present the annual education report of 2025-2026, in which he will look back on the studies and the improvements of Board 69 to education during the past year.
This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.
Distribution StOF Months
The StOF-months are months that big committees are financially compensated for. These months are recognised by the TU Delft as justified study delay. Are you wondering which committees will receive StOF-months and how many they will get? That will be presented and approved here!
This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.
Board Compensation in Relation to StOF months
Over the years there have been multiple instances of Board members not being able receive the normal amount of StOF months, due to previous committees or other (partial) Board years. To compensate for this, a proposal on additional CH funding will be presented by the Commissioner of Applied Mathematic Education Affairs.
This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.
iCom Settlement
After a successful trip to Milan, iCom 2025-2026 is now ready to present its final settlement.
This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.
Freshmen Mid-Week Financial Settlement
Now that all the freshmen are busy with their studies after an amazing Freshmen Mid-Week, the WIEWIE will present the financial settlement of the Freshmen Mid-Week.
This piece has to be approved by the General Assembly.
Lustrum Committee Progress Update
After a few successful Lustrum activities, the Lustrum Committee will give an update on their financial progress and what they have been doing to preprare for the coming activities.
Social Safety Policy
The Social Safety Policy has been updated. During this point these changes will be presented by the Social Safety Task Force.
