Announcements from the Verification Committee
The Verification Committee will present their feedback about the Board and their policy progress.

Progress Board of Acquisitioners
There are many possibilities for W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’ members to come into contact with interesting companies, take our lunch lectures or the company dinner. To make those collaborations possible there is a group of four within the Board called the ‘Board Of Acquisitioners’. Are you interested in what kind of collaborations W.I.S.V. ‘Christiaan Huygens’ has with companies and if the Board of Acquisitioners is on their way to reach their target for this year? Be sure to not miss this!

Financial Update
During this presentation, the Treasurer will inform everyone about the financial situation of the association.

Social Safety Policy
The Social Safety Policy was approved last Board year. During this presentation, the changes made to the social safety policy will be outlined.

Car Update
The Board will give an update of the situation of the car of the association.

Freshmen Weekend Budget
The Freshmen Weekend will take place from the 11th to the 13th of August and the WIEWIE is responsible for the budget of the weekend. They will present this during this presentation.

Progress Lustrum Committee
After a successful pre-Lustrum activity, the Lustrum Committee has been working hard to prepare the actual Lustrum that is happening next year. During this General Assembly they will present their plans and the budget for all the activities they will be organising.

This agenda is provided with time indications of the start of each of the items.

As the General Assembly will be held in the evening, it is possible to order dinner. The dinner will be served in the Snijderszaal at 18:05. You can order dinner by filling in the form at wisv.ch/hungrydinner until 15:25 on Wednesday June 10th.

As a member you have the right to look into the documents of this General Assembly 7 days in advance. If you want to do this to prepare for the General Assembly, please contact the Board to make an appointment.
