Follow a Development Program
Aegon has developed four different Development Programs for starters in the labor market: Data Science, IT, Technical and a Financial Development Program. These programs give you a head start and allow you to make rapid progress in your professional growth and personal development. Content and personal development are concepts of the program. Together with other starters you will do various assignments, different functions and follow (hard skills and soft skills) trainings. You can also gain experience at various business units, such as the Corporate Centre, Aegon Asset Management, Knab or at one of our foreign branches.
