Met Zorgplatform bieden we een dienst die artsen in staat stelt om op te vragen bij welke andere zorgorganisaties gegevens over hun patiënten beschikbaar zijn. Met toestemming van de patiënt kan de arts vervolgens die gegevens overhalen naar zijn eigen EPD. Ook zorgt Zorgplatform voor optimale communicatie tussen gezondheidsapps voor patiënten, persoonlijke gezondheidsomgevingen (PGO’s) en het EPD.
HiX en Zorgplatform ondersteunen de zorg van nu én van de toekomst. Daarin krijgt de patiënt steeds meer regie, werken alle typen zorginstellingen en patiënten steeds vaker samen en worden thema’s als data analyse en Artificial Intelligence steeds belangrijker. En daar kun jíj aan meewerken.

Die no-nonsense mentaliteit is jaren later nog steeds de spil van ons bedrijf. Meer dan ooit zelfs, want de Mulders werken inmiddels met honderden ‘Chippies’ samen aan betere zorg.
Al deze talenten en ervaren routiniers krijgen de ruimte om zichzelf via cursussen en opleidingen door te ontwikkelen. En om eigen ideeën uit te werken. Moreover, we are improving and innovating these solutions every day.

HiX is an electronic health record (EHR) that supports healthcare professionals and patients, and at the same time guarantees a seamless financial processing of all patient treatments. In addition, HiX provides managers and directors with a crystal-clear performance overview.
With Zorgplatform we offer a service that enables doctors to check whether other healthcare organisations possess data about their patients. With the patient’s permission, the doctor can import these data into his own EHR. Zorgplatform also ensures optimal communication between patient health apps, personal health environments (PHE) and the EHR.
